Matching Grant Funds

2010 is already off to a great start!! In Dec 2009, God brought us a matching funds check for $100,000. Please pray for us as we seek to raise the matching funds.

How do we plan to spend the money that God has given to us? Our first priority is to add another staff house. Currently, we have two staff homes, a trailer, and a small apartment. The trailer and apartment are nice homes for small families (2-3 people), but they limit both our ability to hire people who have families already, while also hurting our ability to keep growing families. With new staff homes in place, both our inner city children and guest groups will benefit by seeing familiar faces when they return to camp. Therefore, we believe the addition of another staff home is necessary and beneficial for the inner city children and guest groups.

We stand in amazement at what God has done already for our camp. So far this year we have rasied $4,000 of the $100,000 matching grant.
